You'll keep some cards and we'll donate the rest to Fill a Heart 4 Kids (a local organization that supports foster youth).  There will also be an optional Birthday scrapbook page for you to make and take home!  Your $30 fee covers supplies AND donations.

Pumpkin Warms My Heart!

So, since Fall is my favorite, it's no surprise that I'd pick a pumpkin card to feature here on my blog.  I've been playing around lately with the Warms My Heart stamp set from the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog, and the images are just so fun to color!  And I'm happy to say that the Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper is back in stock!  It pairs so well with this stamp set!

I did use a variety of Stampin' Blends to color the image, but that's what I love about the Blends!  They make me feel like a watercolor artist!  Since the rest of the card was so easy to put together I didn't mind fussy cutting the image so she really pops off the card!  And of course, I had to add a favorite embellishment...Adhesive-Backed Sequins!

Changing Leaves

We had some “mystery stamping” last night at our virtual Monday Meetup with The INK Crowd! All I told them was to pick a stamp set, some kind of circle punch or die, 3 colors of ink and coordinating cardstock (cut to 1-3/4" x 3”), and a neutral for the card base. Here’s my take on it! Inspired by the templates on Page 22 of the Annual Catalog and a kitchen towel (for the color combo of Copper Clay, Wild Wheat, Pretty Peacock, and Basic Beige).
