RAK Day
Snow again! Great day to stay home and make cards to send just to say Hello! Heard it was Random Act of Kindness Day so I am going to make some cards and send them to some people that I think need a reminder that someone is always thinking of them.

Are you a Crafting Hoarder?
I sure am! I am. I am a hoarder... of DSP and ribbon... and stamps if I'm truly honest. Was glad to put some old products to good use this past weekend. Retired SU! stamps and Designer Series Paper used to create LOTS of valentines. Had the Queens and some friends over to be crafty and show the Vets and Seniors some love! They sure did an awesome job being creative!
Above is a former Paper Pumpkin kit that was originally designed as a banner or treat bags. I found inspiration online to make them into cards. Again using retired DSP from my stash!
More use of that hoarded DSP I mentioned! Not my original design...we have Julie Davison to thank for that...but this was a quick and easy card for the young girls to make. Love that they got creative and put their own touches!
I am so grateful to everyone who came over on Saturday morning to make the valentines and write heartfelt messages to those who have served our country and those who need an extra dose of LOVE.
