Softly Stippled Notecard Bag and more!
I CASED the beautiful bag from the 2024 Sale-a-Bration brochure. It's a great bag to fill with notecards (3-1/2" x 5") or those gift cards you find on the carousel in the grocery store.
The roses in the focal points were fussy cut from the Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper and colored with watercolor pencils to get a nice soft color.

My Stampin' friends had an opportunity to stamp along with me by getting a party pack with the supplies for four of the showcased projects. The card below was one of them!
